Now Hiring: ACTF Receptionist

We are seeking a warm, engaging and confident Receptionist with a can-do attitude to support our team in Fitzroy. You will be joining an energetic and passionate team.

The role is a full-time, Melbourne-based position (Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 5PM), commencing as soon as possible. 

Major responsibilities include:

  • Working answering and referring all incoming phone calls to the ACTF
  • Ensuring visitors are greeted and attended to promptly and courteously
  • Managing our general inquiries email
  • Managing all meeting room bookings
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Providing administrative support across multiple teams
  • Filing and other ad-hoc duties
  • Assisting with office management
  • Operating a barista-level coffee machine

Previous experience whilst favourable, is not necessary for the role as training will be provided. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
  • A positive, pro-active, outgoing disposition and approach
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A genuine interest in working in the Screen industry

The position is wholly office based and the successful candidate will be required to work on-site in Fitzroy.
